Ali Fırat Işık graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in Psychology in 2019. In 2020, he completed his MSc in Clinical Psychology at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. In August 2020, he co-founded the Institute for Psychosocial Risk Management (PRISMA). He earned his MBA from Yildiz Technical University in 2022.
He specializes in Clinical Psychology, Investment Psychology, and Organizational Psychology. At PRISMA, he leads business development and serves as Director. He is also the institutional psychologist responsible for the Employee Assistance Program implemented at Four Seasons Hotels. In addition, he serves as the Secretary General of IOCP – the Association for Work, Organizational, Industrial, and Occupational Psychologists.
