He graduated from the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2019. In 2020, he completed his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (MSc) at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. In August 2020, he became a founding partner of the Institute of Psychosocial Risk Management (PRISMA). In 2022, he completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at Yıldız Technical University. He works in the fields of clinical psychology, investment psychology and organisational psychology. At PRISMA, he is responsible for business development and holds the position of director. He is the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the IOCP – Association of Industrial, Organisational and Occupational Psychologists.
